DTZ Virtual Facility Experience
Description | In
2014, Jack Muccigrosso (owner of Sphera studios) and I worked on a
large-scale interactive project for the creative agency White Rhino, on
behalf of their client Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ). Jack
performed the modeling, material creation and lighting and I did the
animation, motion graphics and compositing. Tools used were 3DS MAX,
VRay and After Effects. We developed a total of 5 highly-detailed 3D
environments, 25 effects animation sequences with sound effects and
multiple additional assets to support an interactive navigation system
for the application. For
each environment, the user starts at a “home” position, looks around
the space and locates hot-spot markers to interact with. Clicking on a
hotspot zooms to a specific vantage point in the environment where an
animation takes place illustrating a particular component of the
application “story”, and then zooms back out to the home position again. |
